Fill in the Start Here form
The process begins with the Start Here form: 9 questions, about 2 minutes. It covers who you are, the size and nature of your business, and what you are looking for.
This is not a commitment or a purchase. It is a qualification step. It gives us what we need to send you the right next steps, and it gives you an immediate, clear response on screen and by email.
You do not need to prepare anything beforehand. The questions are straightforward and written in plain language.

Confirm your Baseline Review
For the Baseline Cyber Review, the email you receive after the Start Here form contains a Stripe payment link. Once payment is confirmed, we send you the onboarding intake form.
Payment is fixed at £595 + VAT (UK) or $795 (US). There is no scope that varies after payment; the price you see is the price you pay. No hidden costs, no extras billed after the fact.
If anything about your situation is unusual or outside scope, we will tell you before you pay. Not after.

For oversight enquiries, payment is arranged as part of the follow-up conversation rather than via an automated link.
Complete the intake form
Once payment is confirmed, you receive the onboarding intake form. This is a separate, more detailed form than the Start Here form. It covers the specifics of your setup that we need to conduct the review.
It asks about the tools you use, how your team works, what data you handle, your current practices, and your main concerns or priorities. Most clients complete it in around 15 minutes.
You do not need to provide passwords, system credentials, or technical access of any kind. The review is conducted based on what you tell us and publicly available information. We do not log in to your systems.

Receive your report
Once we have received your completed intake form, the review begins. Your written Baseline Review is delivered within 5–7 working days.
The report is written for a business owner, not a security specialist. It includes an executive summary of your current position, detailed findings by area, and a prioritised action plan with specific next steps. Each recommendation is written in plain English, with an explanation of why it matters and an indication of the effort involved.
The report is delivered as a clearly formatted PDF. A limited written follow-up is included as standard. If you have questions about the findings, send them and we will respond in writing.

Optional: ongoing oversight
After the Baseline Review is delivered, you have a clear picture of where you stand. Most clients then want to maintain that position and continue to improve. That is where the monthly oversight tiers come in.
The report itself will include a recommendation on whether ongoing oversight is likely to add value for your situation, and if so, which tier might be appropriate. There is no obligation to continue. The Baseline Review is a complete, standalone engagement.
If you do move to oversight, the monthly service builds directly on the Baseline findings, tracking your progress against the action plan and providing ongoing written support as your business evolves.
